About the role
As the Partner Growth Director at Onlinesales.ai, you will be responsible for identifying, and onboarding new partners and managing existing relationships with all demand partners to generate new potential client leads. Your key success metrics will be based on the number of qualified leads generated through partner relationships. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to building strong relationships with stakeholders within partner organizations, collaborating on joint business plans, and driving revenue growth through partner channels.
What will you do @OnlineSales?
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all demand partners, agencies and other key players in the retail media ecosystem.
Serve as the primary point of contact for demand partners, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges, and aligning them with our company's solutions.
Act as an advocate for partners within our organization, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Evangelizing Osmos in the industry across partners & industry events
Identifying & acquiring potential enterprise GTM partners and establishing win-win strategic & operational relationships
Strategizing the overall efficacy of the Channel Partners Program that'd drive identification, acquisition, activation and growth of Partners to grow Osmos business.
Defining JBPs and Co-Marketing plans with various Partners as part of our GTM
Work collaboratively with demand partners to identify and pursue new potential client leads, leveraging partner relationships to generate qualified opportunities for our sales team.
Develop and execute joint business plans with demand partners, outlining strategies and tactics to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on partner performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop strategies and initiatives that support partner-driven lead generation objectives.
Identify market trends, competitive insights, and industry developments to inform partner engagement strategies and prioritize growth opportunities.
Drive the execution of partner programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
You will be a great fit if you have
Overall 10 years of experience with a proven track record in partner management, business development, or account management roles within the SaaS, digital advertising, or retail media industry.
Experience working in a consulting firm is a plus, providing valuable insights and perspectives on strategic planning and execution.
A strong understanding of the retail media ecosystem, including knowledge of demand partners, trends, and emerging technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
