Based in Ahmedabad, this role is pivotal in delivering high-quality financial reporting and accounting services to the VISPL market. The individual will oversee a team responsible for Record to Report (R2R) activities, including IFRS15 (S15), Revenue and OPEX Accounting, and will act as the primary escalation point for operational matters.What you will doLead and manage the delivery of key financial processes including:Preparation of Financial StatementsExternal and Internal Audit coordinationStatutory reportingMonth-end GL activities, including P&L reviews, HFM, APA closure, and Balance Sheet reconciliationsDrive and oversee automation initiatives and process improvement projectsEnsure robust internal controls through the 3C framework and support ad hoc management reporting and presentationsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and insightsMonitor and act on feedback from the ARC team and Local Market (LM) stakeholdersWho you areA qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Finance or AccountingProficient in advanced Excel and experienced in using financial systems; knowledge of SAP is advantageousStrong communicator with proven stakeholder management capabilitiesExperienced in leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environmentAnalytical thinker with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solvingSkilled in planning, prioritisation, and time managementNot a Perfect Fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
