Roles and responsibilities:Content creation:

Research and write different types of content, tailoring it to the target audience and platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.Research and Audience Understanding:

Effective content requires understanding the target audience. Delve into relevant topics, conduct research, and ensure the content resonates with the intended readers.SEO Optimization:

In today's digital world, search engine optimization (SEO) is essential for content visibility. Incorporate relevant keywords and follow SEO best practices to improve the content's organic search ranking.Compelling Storytelling:

Great content doesn't just inform, it captivates. Use storytelling techniques to engage readers, keeping them interested and wanting more.Style and Tone:

Maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone is crucial. Ensure that the writing aligns with the brand's overall communication style and target audience.Editing and Proofreading:

Even the best writers make mistakes. Proofread your work meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar.Meeting Deadlines:

Content is often time-sensitive. Manage your time effectively to deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.

Major Skills Required:Understand Client Need:

Being able to understand and write the campaign brief from the client.Ideate the Campaign Name & Punchline:

Finalize a key punchline for the campaign (Approval from team first and then from client).Gather Facts from Client:

Gather Important Facts and content from client required for the campaignResearch Comments & Generate New Ideas:

Create new content ideas based on the comments and messages received from the followers.Research Competitor & Generate New Ideas:

Do some sample graphic research from previous year campaigns and competitors and save them for future reference in different themes.Create Content Buckets:

Discuss a content bucket and create content calendar.Create Content Calendar:

Create an online content planning sheet and share link with designers and video editors so that they can pick directly from it (avoid WhatsApp, this document can be very helpful for other future campaigns as it saves lot of time in researching new content).Brand Guidelines:

Set up a proper Brand Guidelines for the campaign (Colors, Font Style, Elements, Sample Templates with elements, Sample Graphics and Videos based on different content buckets discussed).Prepare Presentation for Client:

Finalize a presentation for the client (All previous campaign ppts needs to be saved in NAS for reference for the team) and get the feedback from the client. Reedit the presentation based on the feedback from the client.Create a Content Calendar (After Feedback from Client)

for Posting along with one link of posted graphic or video from Facebook or Twitter.Create Databank of Videos:

Work with SMEs, Live Teams & Video Counter Teams to create raw data base for different client needs for upcoming 2-3 months and categorize content based on topics.Create Data Bank of Content Handbooks

for client’s products and services.Create Engaging Videos: Being able to

Give Feedback to the Video Counter Team & Video Team and generate creative videos.Create Engaging Graphics:

Being able to

Give Feedback to the Content Writing Team & Graphic Designers and generate engaging Graphics with relevant Key Words for Client.Plan the Content from the Available Data Bank : Being able to plan the content for the client brief from the available data bank (raw videos and graphics) for next 1-2 weeks.Quality Check before Posting:

Do quality checking of the day wise content planned (names of people, title of videos, thumbnails, brand guidelines – font style, font color, brand colors) and do the corrections in the planned content for next 1-2 weeks.Write Engaging Post Copies:

Write post copies with relevant Key Words, Hashtags and People to be mentioned in the planned posts for next 1-2 weeks.Impact Assessment of Campaign:

Analyze the campaign based on top performing videos and graphics & check the increase in followers during the campaign (screenshot of starting date of campaign and end date of campaign).Campaign Wise Report Generation:

Keep the report ready for your future performance appraisal review time (to showcase your contribution as a campaign manager.Implement Platform Specific Growth Strategies:

Generate New Growth Strategies based on the Previous Campaign Launched for different platforms and implement them for next month.
