Experience Level : 2 to 10 Years.
Domain : Broking background, Mutual Funds, Bonds.
Technical Skill :
- Proficiency in test management tools (i.e., HP ALM, Jira, TestRail).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Basic understanding of APIs, SQL Queries.
- Basic knowledge of automation & scripts and test automation tools (i.e., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Functional Role :
- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Manage test teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines.
- Mentor team members, providing guidance and support in test planning, execution, and analysis.
