We are in the early stages, but the foundation is strong: 23 retail SKUs, a brand philosophy is locked, a premium packaging strategy is in place, and our first customers are on board. The next step? Scale smart, scale fast.

Who We Are Looking For

A true builder and not an employee.

Someone who understands FMCG deeply, thrives in supply chain + operations, and wants to put their own money, heart, and muscle into co-creating a category-leading brand.

Your role will be to:

  • Build and own operations, supply chain, and distribution
  • Set up retail, HORECA, and export channels that scale profitably
  • Drive efficiency, quality, and growth metrics every single day
  • Be the operational complement to the founder's product, brand, and vision focus

If you have scaled FMCG supply chains, know the ins and outs of manufacturing, logistics, and vendor management, and want to build something premium yet mass-relevant, this is your arena.

What You Bring

  • Proven FMCG operations/supply chain expertise
  • Ability to design scalable distribution models
  • Strong commercial acumen — balancing cost, quality, and speed
  • Entrepreneurial drive; not waiting for instructions, but building systems
  • Passion for food, sustainability, and shaping India's millet story
  • Willingness to be fully on-ground in Pune
