BusinessEngage with the business segments and internal stakeholders to capture SuccessFactors Employee Central requirementsWork closely with transaction analysts and SMEsWork closely with internal stakeholders associated with ITExternal PresenceParticipate in technical forums and other appropriate events.Willingness to cross-train across other SuccessFactors application areas (technical, not end-user) and/or other employee-facing products that integrate with the SAP SuccessFactors suite.An understanding of information technology and the linkage between business processes, people and SAP HR systems.

Essential qualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related fieldSuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules4 Yrs.+ Experience in implementing SuccessFactors EC ONBExcellent communication, verbal and written skills and open to travel
