Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Manager at NHT Global Corporate. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and coordinating with different departments. This role is primarily located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for remote work.

QualificationsProven experience in business management, operations, or a related fieldStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsKnowledge of marketing and sales strategiesExperience in budgeting and financial managementStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a teamBachelor's degree in Pharma, Food tech, Healthcare, Biotech or Nutrition. Any further PG course (not necessarily MBA) or certificate in Business Administration or a related field will contribute towards selection.

Manager - Business Growth and Marketing – India market.

Specific responsibilities and duties:l Discovers and explores business opportunities and identify potential business deals by contacting potential Distributors.l Design and implementation of all India promotions.l Research prospective distributors in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.l Understand the target markets, including industry, company, compensation plan, company policy and which market strategies can be used to attract clientsl Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.l Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioningl Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.l Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.l Implementation of global programs- Rewards and Recognitions, Incentive Trips and Roadshows.l Coordinate with Marketing team to develop and implement operational plans for new product launches and SKU creation per member needs.l Developed and monitor training programs- Product and Business Opportunity.l Ensure member satisfaction through effective communication and rapport building.l Drive India business and generate growthl SPOC between India and Corporate HO related to Business, Marketing and Customer Service.

General managerial responsibilities:l Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit.l Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organizationl Developing and implementing new products or services that meet customer needs or changing existing offerings to meet changing market conditionsl Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that products or services meet customer needsl Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas where additional research or development is needed to maintain competitivenessl Communicating information about new products or services to customers through direct mailings, advertisements, and other marketing materialsl Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required

Previous ExperienceFrom Sales and MarketingOmnichannel-Modern Trade marketing/ E-commerceBusiness DevelopmentExperience in the network marketing industry and fluency in multiple languages are considered beneficial.

Salary Range:15L to 20L Gross CTC- depending on the candidature but not exceeding range.
