What You'll Do:Be the Technical Star : Lead the SFMC Solution & development of smart, scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.Collaborate & Lead : Partner with stakeholders, project managers, and your team to ensure solutions align with both technical and business goals.Mentor & Inspire : Lead reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion best practices within the team.Problem-Solve & Optimize : Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for top performance and scalability.

What You Bring to the Table:Design and implement

Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions

to meet business requirements and improve customer engagement.Configure and manage

Marketing Cloud instances, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder,

and other relevant modules.Develop and execute complex email

marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and data flow between

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

and other systems.Create and maintain detailed documentation for implementations, configurations, and processes.Provide technical guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.Stay updated on the latest

Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, best practices , and industry trends.
