And they are hiring for Wealth Manager for Mumbai Location . Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a high-net-worth portfolio with a minimum book size of ₹20 crore Source clients via wealth channels—roles like ‘Privi RM’, ‘Burgundy RM’, ‘Wealth Manager’, ‘Imperia RM’, ‘Preferred RM’ Offer full-spectrum wealth advisory including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, debt, and lending solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients . Coordinate with internal teams (trading, research, product) for seamless service delivery . Actively cross-sell across products to drive revenue and advisory impact . Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven portfolio management with book ≥₹20 CR in HNI/UHNI domain Background in wealth-channel sourcing and managing premium client segments Strong product knowledge: cash, derivatives, alternate investments, structured products Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client orientation Ability to work in co-ordination with internal teams to fulfil client needs KPIs & Targets: Book growth—₹20 CR minimum with incremental AUM New HNI/UHNI acquisition numbers Cross-sell ratio across financial product suite Client satisfaction and retention metrics
