Your Role is Only the Beginning

You will be part of a dynamic team that revolutionizes billing operations by working hands-on with Kenan billing modules. Your responsibilities include taking ownership of L2 billing production activities, leading incident resolution, facilitating root cause analyses, and driving proactive improvements to optimize performance and meet SLAs.

You will enjoy the thrill of providing off-hours support on rotation.

What Will You Be Expected To Do?

You will contribute to the technological solution by delivering expert services for large, complicated projects. You will provide leadership and direction to the delivery team, as well as architecture guidance and direction, based on your extensive knowledge of SAP.

You are also considered a technical leader within the SAP community, consistently offering your knowledge on cutting-edge subjects at community and internal events.

Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Support
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate SAP PP and QM capabilities.
  • Outline solution scope, implementation plan, timeline, and cost estimates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and close deals.
  • Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP PP and QM solutions.
  • Showcase the proposed solution through live demonstrations.
Delivery Skills
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO).
  • Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead SAP PP and QM implementation projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Design and configure SAP PP and QM modules to meet client requirements.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
Stakeholder Management
  • Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Functional/Technical Architect or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP platform functionalities and configurations.
  • Experience with integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing process.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • SAP certification(s) is a plus.
  • Experience in leading large-scale SAP implementation projects
