We at Bluebot Digital, a 10-year-old award winning company based in Bengaluru, are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team
Responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the complete employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
HR Best Practices: Regularly update and share industry HR best practices.
Employment Laws: Possess strong knowledge of state employment and labor laws.
Employee Engagement: Implement engagement interventions to enhance team productivity and effectiveness for both direct and indirect employees.
Administrative and Operational Duties: Perform essential administrative and operational tasks.
HR Operations: Handle various HR operational activities, including maintaining and updating employee records.
Attendance and Leave Records: Accurately maintain and update employee leave and attendance records, along with other databases.
HR Documentation: Assist in preparing HR documents, such as policies, onboarding materials, and employee letters.
Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processes and procedures, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and income tax.
Talent Acquisition: Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
Workplace Investigations: Conduct workplace investigations and manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit procedures.
Privacy: Ensure the privacy of employee and workplace information.
Performance Reviews: Organize semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews.
Job Satisfaction: Enhance job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, implementing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Requirements:
Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Experience: Relevant HR work experience is essential.
Tech Savvy: Experience and interest in using Gen AI tools to boost productivity.
HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems and HR tools is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude in problem-solving.
People Management: Effective people management skills and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
