Talend MDM Developer:

Job Description:

Proficiency in using Talend MDM tools, including Talend MDM, Talend Data Stewardship, and other related tools.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with various database systems.

Implement and maintain MDM solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.

Establish and maintain data quality rules, validations, and workflows to ensure high-quality master data.

Integrate MDM solutions with other systems and data sources using Talend Integration tools.

Design and maintain data models for master data entities to support MDM processes.

Define and enforce data stewardship roles and responsibilities, and provide training to data stewards.

Manage metadata to track data lineage, impact analysis, and data usage.

Create and maintain technical documentation for MDM processes, data models, and familiarity with data governance policies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement MDM solutions considering data governance KPI's.

Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of MDM.

Experience in specific master data domains (e.g., customer, product, employee) depending on the organization's focus.
