Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Finance Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Finance Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on finance, financial planning, and accounting to college students and fresh graduates. The trainer will develop curriculum, create training materials, assess student performance, and provide mentorship to learners. This role requires an individual who can effectively bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Finance and Financial Planning
- Strong skills in Accounting
- Experience in Training and Teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
