The OFP team, composed of highly motivated individuals, delivers high-quality platform solutions. To support accelerated development cycles and ensure comprehensive product quality, the team is seeking to enhance its user experience quality engineering capabilities, specifically focusing on faster, more frequent regression testing and expanded test coverage. We are looking for a passionate Quality Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our software delivers exceptional user experiences across all platforms. Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications across multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop), browsers, devices and operating systems using both manual and automation test approaches. • Focus on user experience, usability and accessibility (WCAG). • Develop, maintain, and execute manual/automated test scripts using industry-standard tools. • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases. • Work closely with engineering team to to reproduce and resolve defects. • Provide clear and concise feedback on user experience and design. • Stay up-to-date with the latest user experience testing methodologies and technologies. Experience Required: 4+ Years Proven experience in software testing, both manual and automated. • Hands on knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, Puppeteer, Typescript, Javascript, API test tools and techniques. • Knowledge of user experience and accessibility testing tools and techniques. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Zephyr or Confluence. • ISTQB foundation/intermediate certification. • Prefer experience in cloud-based testing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
