Position : Functional Nutritionist (Expert in Acidity and Digestive Issues)


Location : Remote (India-based clients)


Job Type: Full- Time


Role and Responsibilities:

Client Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' digestive issues.
  • Gather detailed information on clients' age, gender, weight, height, and recent blood reports.
  • Understand clients' specific symptoms related to acidity and any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Personalized Diet Plans:

  • Develop personalized week-by-week diet plans for a 3-month healing journey.
  • Create diet plans based on individual problems, emphasizing Indian cuisine and avoiding Western diet recommendations.
  • Recommend foods to avoid and practices for managing cheat meals.

Guidance and Support:

  • Provide empathetic and encouraging communication to clients, similar to a doctor's approach.
  • Explain the consequences of not following the diet plan to motivate adherence.
  • Suggest appropriate supplements and tips to enhance the healing journey.

Monitoring and Follow-up:

  • Regularly check in with clients to monitor their progress and make necessary adjustments to their diet plans.
  • Calculate clients' BMI and provide recommendations based on their weight and health objectives (weight loss or gain).


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of overall experience in functional nutrition.
  • Proven experience in dealing with acidity and digestive issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and dietary habits.
  • Ability to interpret blood reports and understand their implications for diet planning.
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic and motivational approach.
  • Ability to create and manage personalized diet plans for a diverse client base.
  • Professional demeanor and a client-first attitude.
  • At least 200 clients consulted in previous roles.
  • Preferred Qualifications:*
  • Certification in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Familiarity with digital health platforms and teleconsultation.
