Job Overview:
This is a full-time on-site ‘Associate’ role at Luminatiq (Bengaluru). The Associate will be responsible for supporting various consulting, technology, and digital projects, collaborating with teams on strategic initiatives, conducting research and analysis, and assisting in project delivery and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating Stakeholder Meetings: Schedule and lead meetings between project stakeholders to discuss key deliverables, project timelines, and any potential conflicts. Ensure clear communication and alignment among all parties.- Reporting and Communication: Regularly update customers and senior leadership teams on project progress, highlighting any roadblocks, delays, or risks. Provide transparent and timely information to ensure expectations are managed effectively.- Project Timeline Management: Coordinate with project team members to manage timelines, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Utilize project management tools to track tasks and deliverables efficiently.- Issue Resolution: Partner with team members to identify potential problems and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track. Ensure swift resolution of any challenges that may arise.- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain an organized and comprehensive project documentation system. Ensure that all relevant project documents are filed in an appropriate database for future reference and accountability.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy in project-related materials.- Presentation and Report Writing: Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations and reports to effectively communicate project status and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.- Continuous Learning and Development: Attend regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay current on best practices, tools, and methodologies in project management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.- Knowledge of Management Consulting, Technology, or Digital domains.- Client Interaction and Collaboration abilities.- Problem-solving and Critical Thinking skills.- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Research, Analysis, and Project Support skills- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance the efficiency of project management tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant internships or work experience in consulting or related fields.
