Join our vibrant team as a Senior Software Engineer – Backend in the fast-paced and innovative AI India Team. As part of our global R&D organization, you will play a crucial role in building and supporting Qlik's Cloud-based AI / ML components, contributing to transformative discoveries in data.

Collaborative Partnership: Partner effectively with colleagues in Development, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Product Management throughout the software development life cycle, contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of service improvements. Performance and Quality Standards: Set the bar for performance, reliability, and quality standards within the team, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of excellence. Software Development: Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and debug software, actively participating in test strategy definition and implementation alongside your colleagues.We’re looking for a teammate with:
Educated in Computer Science, Software Engineering or with a scientific background. Have a working experience of at least 5 years in software development. Experience developing code/ features using Go and Python. Experience working with databases like MongoDB Familiar with libraries used in Data Science/ Machine Learning Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Familiar with microservice architecture and development with clean, tested code andwell-documented. Deep knowledge of established design patterns. Cloud infrastructure: Docker container engines, Kubernetes,and related tools like Grafana, Splunk/Dynatrace. Experience with mentoring/training and interfacing with UI and other cross functional teams.We would be thrilled to have a teammate with:
Experience with Qlik products or any other Business/ Data Analytics Products. Knowledge in AI Technologies Passionate about learning emerging technologies.The location for this role is:
Bangalore, India (This is a hybrid role based out of our JP Nagar, Bangalore Office).
