Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a polite and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus, provide detailed information when asked, and make recommendations upon request.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure proper presentation.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas at all times.
  • Process bills, accept payments, and issue receipts as required.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant staff to deliver efficient service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of personal hygiene.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift trays, plates, and beverages safely.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
