Oracle SCM Cloud, the most comprehensive SCM suite in the cloud, is looking for a detail oriented and self-motivated Product Manager to join the Inventory Management Cloud product management team. As a product manager, you will be the go-to person for core Inventory Management capabilities, including Receiving and Shipping. You will work with our Strategy team and our customers to define business requirements, work with Scrum teams to translate these requirements into crucial product features, and be responsible for the overall delivery of the product features. 


Responsibilities

We Collaborate with customers to build the next generation of the Inventory Management solutions

Proactively define and drive the creation of new features that customers love.

Create user stories and detailed product requirements documents that clearly articulate desired product functionality.

We Develop and maintain designs for UI components, including mockups, features and behaviors, and configuration options.

Collaborate with Scrum team members to deliver great products and tools for the customers.
Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment.

Assist Strategy in managing the product backlog, prioritizing product enhancements, and customer and partner requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and good judgment. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Support to optimally rollout our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications/Skills

Should be a self-motivated teammate. Ability to gather complex customer requirements and translate requirements into a detailed plan for execution. Experience working with UI designers, researchers, and others to create new UIs and workflows Comfortable working across time zones and with teams in other parts of the world Knowledgeable in the following functional areas: Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement. Knowledge of Planning and Manufacturing a plus. 3+ years of product management experience required. Experience in building and shipping applications as a product manager for more than 2 product releases.  Familiarity with Agile processes and Jira a plus. BA Business Administration or BS Engineering required. MBA a plus.
