About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition HR Analyst to join our growing team in Indore. If you have a passion for recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at sourcing top IT talent, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations

  • Source a large pool of IT candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications for bulk hiring needs

  • Handle bulk hiring, campus recruitment, internal job postings (IJP), and proactive sourcing

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals and sourcing tools

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

  • Conduct interviews to evaluate job fit and cultural alignment

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports for analysis and decision-making

  • Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting

  • willing to work in rotational shift

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment

  • Education: MBA preferred but not mandatory

  • Proven expertise in sourcing and headhunting, especially for IT roles like Oracle ERP and ServiceNow

  • Proficiency in job portals and recruitment tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
