Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and communicative Graphic Designer to join our team at Ed2Careers. You will be responsible for translating ideas into engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience of healthcare professionals, employers, and stakeholders in the UK, Scotland, and Japan. You’ll design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, and videos to promote our training programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling visuals that communicate Ed2Careers’ mission and services across various platforms.
- Design brochures, flyers, and posters for our recruitment and training programs in the UK, Scotland, and Japan. These materials will be used to promote nursing, aged care, and home care, and all other opportunities to potential candidates.
- Develop social media content, including teasers, banners, and posts that highlight success stories of candidates who have successfully relocated and built careers abroad.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce video content that showcases Ed2Careers' global opportunities, including testimonials from trained candidates and highlights of life in the UK/Scotland/Japan.
- Ensure all materials align with our branding and convey the positive impact of Ed2Careers’ sourcing and training services.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in healthcare marketing to continuously improve the effectiveness of visual communication.
- Create engaging and compelling PPTs based on audience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing work in various media formats.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or similar design software.
- Understanding of marketing principles and experience in creating content that drives engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to edit videos is a plus.
Preferred:
- Creative with a strong English communication skills
- Experience in creating digital content
- Basic knowledge of video editing and animation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media content creation.
