Responsibilities

:

Strong Knowledge working with of chemical basic engg – mass balance ,Equipment Design & Technical specification preparations Comparison, vendor discussion and visits for inspections Like Reactors ANFD CFS sparkler filters VTDS RCVDS Leaf filters PNF millers shifters, etc.Strong knowledge of cGMP , EHS , documentations specially BPCR( batch card ) / Safety HAZOP Preparation /contributing implementation and Making necessary recommendationsAbility to coordinate with Pilot Plant leader /Plant Managers/Maintenance department for necessary data collection and Chemical engineering calculations /Mechanical engg calculations & Activity like P & ID preparation , specification sheet , layout , Equipment sizing , Mechanical and Other engineering calculationsKnowledge of Instrumentation /PLC /SCADA/logics Autocad l is essential/desirable chemical engineering soft wear knowledge will be added advantage.Ability to coordinate with other team membersProject execution, erection, fabrication, erection and commissioningRequired Skills08+
