About the Role

We're looking for a
dynamic and detail-oriented Program Associate
to manage initiatives, ensure smooth project execution, and drive effective stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage requests from internal & external stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting, tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Facilitate communication among teams, clients, and partners.
  • Participate in meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ensure clarity and alignment across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

  • PG: MBA/PGDM with UG in B.Com / B.Sc.
  • Consistent 60% or equivalent throughout academics.
  • 2–5 years in a
    customer-facing/client-facing role
    .
  • Freshers with
    excellent English communication skills
    are encouraged to apply.
