Work Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Drive Dates: August 22–23, 2025 Interview Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Venue: 9th Floor, Virgo Building Block B, Bagmane Constellation Business Park, Outer Ring Road, Doddanekundi, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka Role Overview We are seeking experienced Underwriters and Senior Underwriters proficient in: Live Underwriting is mandatory End-to-End (E2 E) Underwriting Income Review Collateral Underwriting Non-QM Underwriting Cross Country Mortgage+3 Glassdoor+3 Way Up+3 Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the aforementioned areas and demonstrate flexibility to work night shifts. Key Responsibilities End-to-End (E2 E) Underwriter Manage the complete underwriting process from initial assessment to final decision. Evaluate loan applications, credit reports, and borrower documentation to ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline underwriting workflows. Cross Country Mortgage+5 Logan Finance+5 Indeed+5 Income Review Specialist Analyze borrower income documents such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements for accuracy and compliance. Ensure income calculations align with regulatory and investor standards. Provide recommendations for income optimization based on comprehensive analysis. investopedia.com+3 Glassdoor+3 Cross Country Mortgage+3 Collateral Underwriter Assess appraisal reports and property valuations to determine adequacy of collateral. Ensure appraisals meet investor and program guidelines. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property collateral. Logan Finance+2 Way Up+2 Way Up Cross Country Mortgage Non-QM Underwriter Underwrite Non-QM and Non-Agency loan products, including bank statement analysis, asset depletion, and DSCR No Ratio loans. Maintain an underwriting pipeline that meets established service level agreements. Review and analyze complex borrower profiles and financial documents. Cross Country Mortgage+1 Logan Finance ✅ Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting roles, specifically in E2 E, Income Review, Collateral, or Non-QM underwriting. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficiency in interpreting financial documents and appraisal reports. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
