Key Responsibilities End-to-End (E2 E) Underwriter Manage the complete underwriting process from initial assessment to final decision. Evaluate loan applications, credit reports, and borrower documentation to ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline underwriting workflows. Cross Country Mortgage+5 Logan Finance+5 Indeed+5 Income Review Specialist Analyze borrower income documents such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements for accuracy and compliance. Ensure income calculations align with regulatory and investor standards. Ensure appraisals meet investor and program guidelines. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property collateral. Maintain an underwriting pipeline that meets established service level agreements. Review and analyze complex borrower profiles and financial documents. Cross Country Mortgage+1 Logan Finance ✅ Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting roles, specifically in E2 E, Income Review, Collateral, or Non-QM underwriting. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficiency in interpreting financial documents and appraisal reports. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
