Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Security Engineer - VAPT at TAC Security in Pune. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security requirements, implement security measures, and conduct security audits. You will also provide guidance and support to junior team members.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting VAPT activities
  • Strong knowledge of security vulnerabilities, threats, and best practices
  • Experience with industry-standard security tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of network protocols, secure coding practices, and secure configuration management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • One or more cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or CISSP is a plus
