together .What role you will play in our teamWe are looking for minimum 3 years experienced reservoir engineers to support ExxonMobil's global portfolio of Deepwater, Conventional, Heavy Oil & Unconventional assets.What you will doCollaborate with engineers on global teams to analyze field performance and advise on improving recoveryIntegrate with adjacent disciplines – wells & geoscience teams to implement development plansMonitor reservoir data and provide insights and recommendations based on analysisPerform reservoir simulations, including model initialization, history match and forecastGenerate flow streams through use of material balance / analogs / simulationGenerate plots and reports to communicate field performanceAnalyze field data to establish trends, recognize deviations, and identify data quality issuesBuild/sustain proprietary reservoir engineering technology

About You

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university in petroleum /chemical/ mechanical/other relevant engineering disciplines with minimum GPA 7.0Knowledge of reservoir engineering concepts including:

Depletion planning and resource migration for primary, secondary and enhanced recovery mechanismsReservoir simulation and history matchingAnalytical performance prediction (decline curve analysis, material balance calculations)Pressure transient analysisCarbon storage knowledge will be an advantage

Experience in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of reservoir managementGood fundamental understanding /experiences in fluid mechanics, porous media flow, computational fluid dynamicsExperience in reservoir surveillance & analysis, strong analytical skillsHands on experience with proprietary or vendor engineering analysis tools within the experience domainExperience in data science, machine learning will be an advantageMentorship and team leadership experience will be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications / ExperienceExperience with Engineering Applications such as IPM, Kappa Ecrin (Saphir), Eclipse, Petrel RE, Intersect and CMGExperience in one or more programming languages such as MATLAB/C/PythonExperience in computational and/or data science (e.g., machine learning, optimization)Your benefits
