We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Security Lead to join our team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing robust SAP security solutions to meet business and compliance needs. The candidate will work on defining global security templates, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance SAP security practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis to design secure and efficient SAP solutions tailored to organizational requirements.- Define and implement a global security template based on SAP security best practices and business security requirements, including new-generation technologies like S/4HANA, HANA, and Fiori.- Design SAP security solutions for modules like Finance and Supply Chain Management as part of S/4HANA implementations.- Build and configure S/4HANA Fiori security roles according to business requirements.- Develop strategies to ensure applications adhere to client standards while addressing and mitigating security risks.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, address enhancements, and manage change requests.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience at the Consultant or Architect level in SAP Security and SAP GRC tools.- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project implementation, including GRC solutions.- A degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field, or equivalent certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CCSP.- Certification in SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Security, or relevant hands-on experience.- Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including Fiori security and HANA database security.- Experience in designing and implementing controls to address and eliminate security risks while meeting compliance standards.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into secure SAP solutions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.- Familiarity with SAP’s latest security advancements and integration of security controls in SAP landscapes.- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and frameworks.- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic environment.
