Our in-house team of scientists,technology engineers, project managers make sure that we are delivering the right quality products at the right price and on time.We are founded by IIT & IIM founders and backed by marquee VCs in India. Job Overview : The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Agrochemicals business,spearheading P&L management, strategic growth initiatives, and market expansion efforts. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex market dynamics, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieve financial and strategic objectives. This role will directly report to the founders.Requirements : ● B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes from India; MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes is a plus.● Prior experience of working in the B2B commerce industry or scaled B2B startups.● Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving business targets.● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable business strategies.
