Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails, fresh juices, and specialty smoothies.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock ingredients as needed, and assist with inventory counts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Order & Payment Processing: Accurately take orders and process payments using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations for food and beverage service.
  • Menu Development: May involve creating new and unique mocktail recipes and suggesting drink specials to boost sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
