Works hours will be 11:30 AM to 4 PM from Gurgaon Office and 9 PM to 12:30 AM from Home. Face to Face Interview only Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native . · Collaborate with product managers , designers , and backend engineers to understand requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions. · Build reusable and efficient components to optimize application performance. · Integrate third-party APIs and native modules when required. · Debug and fix issues across various devices and operating systems. · Participate in code reviews , ensuring code quality, consistency, and best practices. · Optimize applications for maximum speed , scalability , and performance . · Maintain proper documentation and contribute to the technical knowledge base. · Work closely with QA teams to ensure smooth testing and deployment processes. · Stay updated with the latest React Native , JavaScript , and mobile development trends . Qualifications: · Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science or MCA. · Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in React Native development . · Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript . · Solid understanding of React fundamentals — components, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods. · Experience with Redux , MobX , or other state management libraries. · Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services . · Experience with native build tools like Xcode , Android Studio , and Gradle . · Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design. · Experience with Git and version control best practices. · Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins , GitLab CI , Bitbucket CI ). · Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. · Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills : · Experience working with TypeScript in production-grade apps. · Familiarity with React Navigation , NativeBase , or Styled Components . · Knowledge of Firebase , Push Notifications , and App Store / Play Store deployments . · Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies . · Exposure to unit testing frameworks like Jest , Detox , or Mocha . Soft Skills: · Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. · Passion for learning new technologies and improving existing solutions.
