Human Resources Manager

1. Employee onboarding
- Offer roll outs- Employee personnel file preparation and maintenance, relevant contracts, documents etc.- New employee induction- Introduction to Company Policies and perks- Liaison with Accounts team to get CTC breakup, Salary computations- Ensuring relevant access to software tools & services, availability of required- assets etc.
2. Payroll Management
- Tracking of leaves & working days- Liaison with Accounts to create monthly payroll run & ensure timely runs- Communicate to employees about relevant updates/changes in salary structure (if any)- Liaison with Accounts for preparation Salary Slips and circulation- Setup & manage reimbursements processes as per Company Polic- Get involved in Performance management, appraisals, increments etc. with the relevant team/manager and implement
3. Employee Offboarding
- Exit interviews- Ensuring relevant handovers are done to respective team/personnel- Preparation and confirmation of FnF- Liaison with Accounts for FnF amount calculation & remittance
4. Recruitment Liaison
- Coordinate with external agency to communicate open positions- Screen candidates to ensure they are a cultural fit- Finalize the negotiations for CTC, Notice etc.- Work with the concerned team and help them finalize the role & hierarchy of the candidates
5. HR Policies
- Review existing policies and liaison with Legal team to ensure correct format- and structure- Identify and implement other relevant policies that might be missing or beneficial to have- Answer employee queries with respect to Company Policies and help them understand from time to time
6. Liaison with relevant internal teams/external agencies e.g., Legal, Accounts,
Insurance, Other helpful employee welfare services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources- Legal Acumen with Knowledge in Corporate Laws- People Person with Negotiation, Arbitration Skills- Experience in a start-ups is a plus- Knowledge of MS-Office + Google Docs + Tally Prime- Superior analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced setup- Good presentation skills
