Hello, Greetings From Zetta Mine Job Title: UX Design & Power BI Dashboard Location: Pan India Experience: 5+ years About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Power BI expert with strong UX design skills to elevate the reporting experience across the organization. The ideal candidate will focus on front-end usability, design consistency, and adoption , creating intuitive dashboards and reusable templates that enable business users to derive insights quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Power BI templates, themes, and layouts to ensure consistency across reports. Develop user-friendly dashboards with clear navigation, effective storytelling, and impactful visualizations. Conduct reviews of existing reports and recommend UX and design improvements . Apply data visualization best practices to enhance clarity, readability, and performance. Build and maintain a Power BI design system encompassing colors, KPIs, layouts, and branding guidelines. Document standards and train business users on leveraging templates and design principles effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into visually engaging dashboards. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX design and Power BI dashboard development . Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service . Hands-on experience creating and managing themes, templates, and reusable assets . Solid understanding of data visualization principles and UX best practices . Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
