The Test Analyst (TA) will primarly be focused and based within the HBR OSS Team. The Test Analyst will provide support and guidance to team members during planning and execution test phases, overseeing the production of test deliverables like preparation of test scripts and keeping track of the test schedule.
What will you be expected to do?
Providing knowledge transfer of any specific skill sets around JIRA and accessibility within the wider testing team
Expert knowledge of test tools and designing technical frameworks. (e.g. HP ALM QC/PC v12.00 or higher, JIRA, Javascript, HP UFT, Selenium with Cucumber/Ruby, Jenkins, XCTest and Espresso.)
Implementing and supporting automation
Attendance at core team meetings and other project meetings
Preparation of Test Plans and execution reports within the project timelines and to TMO quality standards and processes.
Working closely with SIT and other test teams to ensure that entry criteria is met.
Oversight of the accurate logging, managing of defects, the preparation of daily summary reports and test results for all relevant project stakeholders.
Development and maintenance of repository for project documentation and automation scripts including tight version control.
Driving for the timely sign-off of all test documentation, through a strong working relationship with relevant stakeholders.
Analysis of changes to scope or schedule where a test CR is required, feedback to project/test management and production of IA and relevant re-issued estimate.
Detailed methodical analysis, logging and updating defects in a timely fashion.
Verification of test results prior to generating the relevant reports.
Identification and escalation (as required) of testing issues to TMO and/or project management
Writing, presenting and co-ordinate signoff of Test results documentation.
Successful execution of testing and sign-off all associated (Test Summary) documentation.
Successful delivery of testing efforts in respect of schedule, cost and quality
