Role Summary

Lead the design and development of our cross-platform mobile application. You will own the

front-end architecture, guide a small team of engineers, and manage the full release pipeline

from development to App Store/Play Store deployment.

Key Responsibilities

●Leadership & Architecture

  • Define front-end architecture and coding standards.
  • Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews and technical coaching.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into elegant,
  • performant UI.

●
Development & Delivery

  • Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native, Expo, and EAS.
  • Implement performance optimizations, accessibility features, and offline-first
  • strategies.
  • Own the CI/CD pipeline, automated testing, and release process across iOS and
  • Android.

●Collaboration

  • Partner with backend teams to integrate APIs securely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure pixel-perfect execution and smooth
  • animations.

Qualifications

●5+ years of professional mobile engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a

technical leadership or team-lead role.

●Deep expertise in React Native, Expo, and EAS, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript

fundamentals.

●Proven track record of performance tuning, memory management, and troubleshooting

on both iOS and Android.

●Familiarity with native modules, push notifications, analytics, and secure storage.

●Strong communication skills and ability to influence product and design decisions.

Nice to Have

●Experience building or maintaining a design system/component library.

●Knowledge of cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP) for backend integrations.

●Familiarity with Fastlane or other mobile release automation tools.
