Description

Design for B2B Enterprises

Lead the design strategy for B2B enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Design sales enablement documents such as whitepapers, case studies, datasheets, and presentations.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver high-impact design solutions that support business initiatives.

Sales Enablement Materials

Create and manage the design of visually compelling sales collateral like presentations, brochures, datasheets, and case studies.

Serve as a PowerPoint wizard, designing and refining decks for client meetings, proposals, and internal communications.

Support sales teams with on-brand, easy-to-understand visual content that drives customer engagement.

Video Creation & Editing

Plan, create, and edit explainer and product videos that effectively communicate complex information.

Provide hands-on support for video shoots, including setting up the equipment and ensuring quality outputs.

Edit and refine existing video content to align with brand guidelines.

Video Studio Setup

Set up and manage in-house video studios for live videos, podcasts, webinars, and other multimedia content.

Ensure the studio is equipped with the latest tools, technology, and lighting to produce high-quality content.

Event Creatives & Booth Design

Design creatives for event promotions, including booth designs, signage, digital and physical event collateral.

Collaborate with event teams to conceptualize and execute promotional activities with engaging and visually appealing designs.

Support live event experiences with tailored creative solutions for maximum engagement.

Innovation & Fresh Ideas

Bring fresh, creative concepts to every project, staying updated with the latest trends in design and marketing.

Encourage out-of-the-box thinking in the creative team to drive innovative marketing campaigns.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective creative output.

Lead brainstorming sessions, providing creative direction, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.





Skills Required

Design Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design. Expertise in PowerPoint and Keynote for impactful presentations.

Video Creation & Editing Tools: Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Familiarity with Camtasia and sound editing tools such as Audacity.

Sales Enablement Design: Proven ability to design materials like whitepapers, datasheets, and case studies, effectively translating complex information into engaging visuals.

Video Studio Setup & Production: Hands-on experience in setting up video studios, managing equipment for live production, and familiarity with streaming platforms.

Event & Booth Design: Strong background in event branding and booth design, with experience creating promotional materials for trade shows.

Creative & Innovation Mindset: A go-getter with a track record of executing innovative marketing campaigns and a focus on storytelling.

Collaborative Leadership: Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design concepts.

Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Trello to track workflows and manage timelines effectively.
