Job description:

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agile Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our Jaipur team from our Nagpur office. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tasks while maintaining team productivity and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Jaipur team remotely from Nagpur
  • Implement and manage agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Ensure timely delivery of operational tasks, targets, and milestones
  • Coordinate between project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor team performance, handle escalations, and provide solutions
  • Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and KPIs
  • Provide mentoring and support to junior staff and team leads
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for leadership

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in agile project delivery or operations management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in handling remote or cross-location teams
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum (preferred but not mandatory)

Working Days:

6 Days a Week (Mon–Sat)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
