The ideal candidate is imaginative, detail-oriented, and capable of leading design projects from concept to execution across digital and print platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design creative materials for digital, social media, branding, and print campaigns.Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, content, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.Lead and guide junior designers to maintain design consistency and quality.Translate brand strategies into engaging visual narratives.Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and best practices.Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Minimum 3 - 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or design environment.Strong Knowledge in AI PLATFORM is must.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and conceptual design work.Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand design.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We OfferA collaborative and inspiring work environment.Opportunities to work with leading regional and national brands.Creative freedom with professional growth opportunities.Competitive salary based on experience.
