The NDT Tutor will be responsible for deliveringhighquality instruction and training to students pursuing careersin nondestructive testing methods. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in NDT techniques excellent communication skillsand a passion for educating and mentoringstudents.
Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

• Developand deliver comprehensive NDT training programs in accordance withindustry standards andregulations.
  
• Create lesson planscourse materials and assessments to facilitate effective learningoutcomes for students.
  
• Utilizevarious instructional methods including lectures demonstrations andhandson exercises to engage students and enhance theirunderstanding of NDT principles andtechniques.
  
• Provide individualizedsupport and guidance to students to address their learning needsand ensure their success in mastering NDTconcepts.
  
• Assess student performancethrough exams assignments and practical evaluations and provideconstructive feedback forimprovement.
  
• Stay updated onadvancements and developments in NDT technology and methodologiesand integrate relevant updates into thecurriculum.
  
• Collaborate with otherinstructors and staff members to maintain program quality andeffectiveness.
  
• Assist in therecruitment and enrollment of students into NDT programs andparticipate in promotional activities asneeded.
  
• Maintain accurate records ofstudent attendance grades and progress and generate reports asrequired.
