We’re Hiring: College Admissions Counselor

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable counselor who is well-versed in the application requirements for top global universities and has experience working with high school students. The ideal candidate is someone who can guide students in crafting compelling applications while providing mentorship and strategic direction.


Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Student & Parent Engagement: Conduct one-on-one meetings with students and parents to assess academic and extracurricular profiles and outline a personalized application strategy.

•⁠ ⁠Application Guidance: Critically review application materials, providing feedback to align them with college expectations.

•⁠ ⁠Standardized Testing & Course Selection: Guide students on test planning (SAT, ACT, AP, IB, etc.) and subject choices to maximize their academic potential.

•⁠ ⁠Research & University Selection: Stay updated on admission trends, university programs, and global application policies to recommend the best-fit colleges.

•⁠ ⁠Workshops & Presentations: Conduct informational sessions for students and parents on various aspects of the college admissions process.

•⁠ ⁠Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the CollegeCore team to enhance student outcomes and uphold organizational standards.


Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Education, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠2-3 years of Industry Experience in counseling, mentoring, or education advisory services.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills to provide effective feedback and engage with students.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple students and deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Passion for working with students and guiding them toward achieving their academic goals.
