Sr. Architect - Oracle Fusion (SCM/Finance)

You Are:A passionate leader working as an Oracle Enterprise Solution Architect with experience in Oracle Fusion, you will be responsible for the management, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, provide strategic guidance, and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Fusion technologies.

The Opportunity

:As a Technical Architect, lead the delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into project plans and deliverables.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Manage project resources, including internal team members, contractors, and third-party vendors.Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What you need :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.15 ~ 20 year of strong experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud ApplicationsVery strong Functional knowledge with technical expertise with full lifecycle ERP Projects / Delivery Management experienceExperience in Implementation, Rollouts and major experience in Managed Services as Project Lead / Manager is mustExperience in leading Managed Services project with at least 50 + team size and experience in Transition ManagementStrong Release Management skills to manage the release processEscalation & Leads Management at Client levelShould be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligenceHighly skilled in the technical development on OIC, BIP preferably with VBCS / APEX knowledge and managed end-to-end integration of Financial & SCM Modules with other modules like Projects, Procurement and HCMDeliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA s and KPI sStrong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skillsGood experience with proposal activities like RFI/RFP analysis and delivery, RAID analysis, resource, and effort estimationSound knowledge of security and governanceProven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practicesExperience managing projects in (industry/sector).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
