WTC, Kharadi, Pune(Onsite)JobDescription:What you'll do:Design, develop, and implement high-quality,reusable ReactJS components for our web applications.Partner with cross-functional teams (designers, productmanagers, backend engineers) to deliver a seamless userexperience.Write clean, maintainable, andtestable code following best practices and codingstandards.Optimize code performance andidentify bottlenecks for efficient applicationrendering.Implement state managementsolutions (e.g., Redux, MobX) and optimize data fetchingstrategies.Contribute to the continuousimprovement of our front-end architecture and codebase.Actively participate in code reviews and provideconstructive feedback to your peers.Stayup-to-date with the latest ReactJS trends and technologies,participating in learning and knowledge-sharinginitiatives.Who you are:Passionate about building user interfaces andcrafting exceptional user experiences.4-8years of experience developing production-ready applications usingReactJS and related technologies (e.g., Redux, GraphQL,TypeScript).Strong understanding of modernJavaScript concepts (ES6+, async/await, closures, etc.).Experience with component state management libraries(e.g., Redux, MobX).Proficient in HTML, CSS,and familiar with preprocessors like Sass or Less.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, withthe ability to work effectively in a team environment.A problem-solver with a strong analytical mind and afocus on delivering quality code.Enthusiasticabout learning new technologies and staying ahead of thecurve.

Bonuspoints:Experiencewith other front-end libraries or frameworks (e.g., NextJs,Angular).Knowledge of back-end technologies(e.g., NodeJS, Python).Experience with designsystems and UI/UX best practices.Strongtesting skills and experience with unit and integration testingframeworks.
