We are seeking for an experienced Principal Consultant - Endur with a proven track record in Endur and ETRM domain.About CMART Solutions: CMART Solutions is a fast-growing professional services and technology firm in the energy trading and IT consulting space. With offices in the UK and India while expanding to other geographies, we partner with leading global energy and trading companies to deliver consulting services, service accelerators, and technology solutions.Location:Bengaluru: onsiteTotal Years of Experience:8 to 12 yearsWe are looking for an individual with: Extensive knowledge of key Endur modules and commodity/energy operations, with expertise in versions V14/16 and above. Proficiency in Endur risk and valuation functionalities, including MTM, PnL, VAR, and EOD automation. 8+ years’ ETRM implementation experience. Strong understanding of Endur architecture. Candidate must have strong knowledge of Trading and Risk concepts. Capabilities should include experience with both physical and financial instruments. Implementation experience should include developing book structures, configuring pricing constructs (Forward, Market and Derived), setting limits (Risk and Trading), VAR, option valuation and position reporting (mark to market, and exposure). Experience with credit reporting/configuration including credit counterparty setup, credit Instruments, credit check configuration, credit exposure reporting, credit available reporting desired. Candidate must have implementation experience with invoicing and settlements, contracts and confirms, cash flow reporting, and interfacing with ERP for A/R and A/P. Accounting skills desired with inventory valuation, accruals, account coding, and hedge accounting, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detailed-oriented environment, working independently or within a team. Expertise in Commodity Trading, Risk, or Logistics business areas within large enterprise environments Certifications in Energy Trading or related domains are a plus.Things that you would work on: Project planning with realistic milestones and other supportive doc. Create all project related documents; HLPD, FDD, TDD and Gap analysis doc. Act as the subject matter expert for all functional aspects of Endur, covering both physical products and derivatives. Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change management. Lead all phases of the Endur implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and transition to operations. Provide industry and functional advice and troubleshooting in the discovery workshop, design, implementation, testing, and production support of the Product solution for the client’s business needs. Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results, and other project deliverables. Follow implementation best practices, documentation standards, and established processes. Collaborate with technical teams to develop customizations tailored to client needs. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and business changes adeptly. Provide comprehensive training on Endur functionality and mentor junior consultants.Why Join CMART Solutions?
