We are looking for a 'Manager - Investor Relations & Strategy' for Ostwal Group of Industries which is into Fertiliser and Chemical business.
Job Description
- Creating awareness about the company and group companies through continuous interactions with Fund Managers and Research Analysts to achieve maximum Institutional Investments and Research Coverage: Preparing Investor Presentations, Earnings Presentations, Earnings Conference Call Highlights, Factsheets, Summary Sheets and Weekly Capital Market Reports.
- Making professional level presentations to investor community i.e. fund managers at institutional investors like mutual funds, insurance companies etc., and analysts of brokerage houses.
Providing support for results process with responsibility for preparing investor presentations, plus briefing materials for senior management, in particular the Q&A preparation materials and back up documentation
- Organizing Road shows, Plant visits and Management Conferences for maximum interest generation through investor interactions with the management of the company
- Maintaining & updating all the data like Annual Report, quarterly results, presentations, shareholding pattern & the latest news of all listed companies relevant to the company/group companies.
- Co-ordinate preparation of Annual reports & Investor presentations.
- Closely monitoring peer group companies – Results, Daily price movement of share, Press releases & Shareholding pattern.
- Supporting Strategy team for group investments; M & A; structuring etc
- Making financial model with long term vision for the strategy team across all group companies
- Preparing a company specific presentation to be presented in a meeting
- Performing a range of analyses that including industrial analysis, competitive analysis, and comparative valuation; conduct periodic meetings with investors, either in person or via phone to address any of their relevant questions or concerns
- Providing summary and insight into equity research reports and estimates on the company, competitors, and the industry.
Skills / Experience & Qualification Needed
- Well versed with PPT/Excel/Word
- Create financial model
- 3-5 years of investor relation / Institutional Equity sales experience
- Good writing & communication skills
- CA/MBA - Finance/CFA with 3-5 years of relevant experience or others with 7+ yrs of relevant experience
