Responsibilities:Leading role in building solutions to improve our infrastructure operations, enabling us to run a lean organization and automate as much as possible.Designing and implementing new solutions to complex problems.Executing defined work packages.Writing to ensure our solutions are well documented and simple to understand.Running handover activities with Operations teams.Building enhancements and fixes where necessary.Strong understanding of security reviews, reports and auditsStrong experience with implementing and maturing Azure Cloud security controls and proceduresUnderstanding of modern security architectures, e.g. micro-segmentation, application identityKnowledge of secure practices and understand how to embed security controls and processes in the CI/CD pipelineCore SkillsAt least 8 years’ experience in cloud administration and/or information securityStrong experience in building and optimizing CI/CD PipelinesPractical knowledge of packaging and deploying applicationsExperience with Microsoft Azure CloudStrong understanding of security reviews, reports and auditsStrong experience with implementing and maturing Azure Cloud security controls and proceduresStrong experience with git (e.g. using tools such as GitHub)Kubernetes container-orchestrationExperience with public cloud platforms (e.g. PaaS, IaaS, FaaS)Experience in DevOps lifecycle processes and supporting toolsExperience working in an Agile teamExperience working as a Scrum MasterStrong communication skills with multiple examples of being able to convey complex ideas in a manner that resulted in a definitive direction and resultUnderstanding of modern security architectures, e.g. micro-segmentation, application identityKnowledge of secure practices and understand how to embed security controls and processes in the CI/CD pipelineNice to Have SkillsExperience with implementing and maturing Google Cloud security controls and proceduresExperience in designing and building technical solutionsExperience within an infrastructure operations environmentStrong scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Python, Bash)Experience with Ansible automationExperience with virtualization solutions (VMWare)
