You are a very creative Lead 3D Animator or 3D Generalist (Gaming) with 5-10 years experience to join us on a full time basis (remote) and will bringing personality and life into character (body mechanics & facial), monsters, creatures, environment, vehicles and VFX.


Requirements

  • Creativity: You will lead the game animation and independently bring creativity and life into the game
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a gameplay animator in the video game industry
  • Animation Skills: Strong understanding of animation principles, with a proven ability to create realistic and fluid character animations. You will help bring characters and worlds to life by making AAA quality gameplay animations for games projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Post production animation implementation, testing and refining, including working with animation blueprints, blend spaces, and state machines. Develop and improve the company's animation systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve animation-related issues. Optimize animations for performance and memory, ensuring they run smoothly on the target platforms.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your gameplay animation work, including examples of animations implemented in games
  • Modelling: At least 1 years hands-on experience as a 3D generalist, with a huge focus on rigging and skinning on existing 3D models


Candidate

  • Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in 3D Animation bringing personality and life into character (body mechanics & facial), monsters, creatures, environment and VFX.
  • You are a gamer and passionate about storytelling, film, and games.
  • Highly skilled and proficient in atleast 1 animation tool like in Maya, Blender, 3DS max etc
  • Proficient camera animator.
  • A thorough understanding of modern game development, animation toolsets and techniques
  • A love for problem-solving and driving innovation with a passion for creating and playing games
  • Video and sound editing to bring game characters and game trailer to life
  • Fluency in English.


We would love if you had:

  • Experience with film editing.
  • 3D Generalist.
  • Experience with a game engine, such as Unreal, Unity or a bespoke engine.
  • Professional experience developing narrative driven games.
