• More than 5 years ofdevelopment configuration and integration experience in buildingsolution on ServiceNow platform.
• Good to have knowledge and working experience ofother ServiceNow ITOM modules like ServiceNow CMDB DiscoveryService Mapping Event management.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM datamodel.
• UnderstandsDiscovery scheduling and potential networkimpacts
• Experience withnetnew implementations of Discovery Event Management and ServiceMapping; can relay best practices to clients
• Understands CMDB relationships and hierarchyexperience in CMDB Health dashboard configuration and with CMDBremediation including duplicate and stale CIitems
• Understanding of theIdentification and Reconciliation engine
• Troubleshoot production and test issues; performroot cause analysis recommend corrective action and performresolution efforts
• Goodknowledge of ServiceNow CMDB CSDM data model.
• Maintain instance integrity & security basedon ServiceNow best practices
• Provide functional expertise as the SubjectMatter Expert (SME) for all application suites respective to theirproduct line.
• Preferredcertifications: ServiceNow CISDiscovery ServiceNow CISServiceMapping
• Collaborate withinternal business stakeholders to write/estimatestories.
• Oversee developerswork and own overall quality and delivery ofdevelopment.
• Responsiblefor sprint demos internally delivery of additional developmentartifacts and documentation and knowledge transfer activities asrequired.
• Workcollaboratively with ServiceNow team and business stakeholders tomonitor for scope creep and resolve critical path technical issuesand challenges.
• Capable ofexecuting handson development for stories that cannot bedelegated.
• Good knowledgeof multi data center deployment solutions with disaster recoveryprocedures and high availability at every layer (network webservers middleware and database/storage)

Technical knowledge of thefollowing areas:

• Java HTML JavaScript LDAP/Active Directorynetworking and database administration
• Working knowledge of configuration managementtools methods and processes.
• Basic knowledge and awareness of various othermodules like ITSM Monitoring tools.
• Expert level proficiency in ITOM /CMDB productline
• Code and Developcustomized Patterns Probes and Sensors for Discovery and ServiceMapping.
• Deliver technicalworkshops on ITOM: Discovery CMDB ServiceMapping
• Expertunderstanding on import sets and transform maps working withexternal data sources ServiceNow data mapping
• Knowledge on identification classification rulein CMDB
• Articulate theServiceNow CMDB Classes for Asset and Configuration theirrelationships and dependencies
