Requirements:
- Understand customer’s business and help them leverage Exly’s offerings to the maximum
- Sustain Exly’s growth by ensuring retention
- Provide unique insights based on customer interactions to support product development
- Setup processes and systems for customer support
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships
- Experience in setting up customer success systems and processes
- Analytical, ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problem systematically
- Active listener
- Self-driven & proactive
