Requirements:

  • Understand customer’s business and help them leverage Exly’s offerings to the maximum
  • Sustain Exly’s growth by ensuring retention 
  • Provide unique insights based on customer interactions to support product development 
  • Setup processes and systems for customer support
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints


Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships
  • Experience in setting up customer success systems and processes 
  • Analytical, ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problem systematically
  • Active listener 
  • Self-driven & proactive
