Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select qualified vendors for biomedical equipment and supplies. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable prices and supply agreements. Monitor vendor performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals. Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Ensure team performance and adherence to established standards. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to biomedical equipment and supplies. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
