Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select qualified vendors for biomedical equipment and supplies. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable prices and supply agreements. Monitor vendor performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals.
