About Dobbe

Dobbe AI is an integrated dental AI OS purposefully built for dental practices to assist in their growth and productivity. We are reimagining their clinical and admin workflows with AI, and giving them an assistance which assists them at every touch point of patient care and non clinical work. Our product is built on a proprietary ML pipeline, trained on 1M+ datapoints. We are a team of rockstar engineers, data scientists, dentists and sellers. Now looking for a rockstar marketer to transform dental practices operations with Dobbe.

Role Description

In this role, you will be directly working with founders. You will get a front row seat to driving AI products adoption, and customer love through meaningful marketing interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute GTM while relaying feedback back to the product team.
  • Ensure smart dentists don't miss out on signing up for our early access program.
  • Meaningfully drive features adoption while delivering outcomes to our customers.
  • Create a feedback loop so that the product evolves to solve for practices clinical and admin challenges, helping them deliver better patient care.
  • Most importantly, create a community of smart dentists using relevant social channels. Make it the de facto AI hub for them to reimagine their workflows with AI.
  • Build sustained awareness and signups using the product as a pivot.
  • Set ambitious growth goals and diligently progress towards hitting them week over week.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Flair for marketing and growth hacking.
  • Passionate about turning customer insights into marketing campaigns.
  • Expert with using AI tools to build creatives, run campaigns on social channels.
  • Depth oriented with analytical bend of mind. Someone who doesn't stop until the core is hit.
  • Understanding of social channels and their use for engaging communities like that of dentists.
