About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and insightful Business Analyst who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with exposure to both business and technical environments.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and the ability to learn new tools as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think strategically about business impacts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in E-commerce or a strong desire to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong decision-making skills, practical judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets using Python to provide actionable insights.
  • Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable technical requirements. Use analytical thinking to devise innovative solutions that address both immediate and long-term challenges.
  • Go beyond traditional analysis to include recommendations for process improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Think creatively and push the boundaries of traditional business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
